Dan Richardson
Dan Richardson is a SENr performance nutrition expert, supporting elite and amateur athletes to perform at their best. Previously, he has worked with professional teams such as Man City, Sale Sharks, and Warrington Wolves. He is also our Head of Nutrition.
Dan's approach to nutrition is simple food-first, and has a key focus on utilizing the latest nutrition research available to support young athletes.

Tamara Walker
Tamara Walker is a registered sports nutritionist specialising in female health and performance. With extensive experience working with athletes, including the Manchester Thunder first and academy teams, she is dedicated to providing evidence-based nutrition strategies that enhance health, recovery, and performance.
Tamara focuses on bridging the gap between scientific research and real-world application to help athletes achieve their full athletic potential.

1-1 consultations explained:
Each 1-2-1 consultation is designed to get to know you and your kids individual needs so that we can optimise their nutrition to match training demands and maximise performance.
We will use this time to get an in depth understanding of their training schedule performance goals, lifestyle and current dietary patterns.
We'll also answer any common questions or problems that you have.
4 Week Nutrition Plan
You'll work closely with our performance nutritionist to comprehensively assess your childs diet, goals, training and lifestyle.
You'll then be given an individualised meal plan and educational resources designed to optimise your childs training, competition, performance and recovery as well ensuring optimal growth, development health.
Your plan will cover all aspects of nutrition from everyday basics through to game and training specific fuelling, and hydration.
Optimise your childs nutrition
You'll be provided with a resource package which will provide information on the fundamentals of nutrition which underpin performance and provide you with the tools to implement and optimise your kids nutritional strategies going forward.
This will include:

✓ In depth food diary analysis and feedback
✓ Personalised weekly meal plan tailored to training demands and athlete goals
✓ Nutrition education downloads to ensure athletes know how to fuel for their sport & health
